Madrid will host the World Pride 2017

Buenos Aires: At a press conference that took place at the Spanish Embassy in the argentinian capital, it was officially introduced Madrid as the host of the World Pride 2017, an event that will take place since June 23rd to July 2nd in the spanish capital.

With the presence of Francisco Javier Arroyo Navarro, Tourism Counselor of the spanish embassy in Buenos Aires; Juan Carlos Alonso, director of the World Pride Madrid 2017; Miguel Sanz Castedo, director of Tourism of Madrid City Hall and the hispanic-argentinian transexual actress and dancer Topacio Fresh.

Buenos Aires, altogether with Bogotá was selected to introduce the World Pride Madrid 2017 and it was not random. The link between Argentina and Spain is quite strong. “We have more flight frequencies with Buenos Aires than New York. The traffic between our two capitals is fabulous” remarked Miguel Sanz Castedo.

Representative places of the spanish capital will dress with the diversity colors, where stages will be set. Such as the Puerta del Sol or the Puerta de Alcalá.
